Seafarers Rooftop is about to bring a new level of decadence with the arrival of Lobster and Wagyu - a new restaurant that brings the best two ingredients on the planet together in an out this world way.
Bought to you by the the creators of ‘Lobster and Tap’ and makers of the delectable Maine style Lobster roll in a buttered bun, Lobster and Wagyu brings the same lobster you know and love but this time pairing it with Black Origin Wagyu!
Black Origin Wagyu, is the highest quality breed of Wagyu famed for it’s flavour, and raised in the Southern Alps.
Signature dishes inlcude:
SURF N TURF WAGYU BURGER. A burger tower that starts with Wagyu and is topped with hot buttered lobster, smoked cheddar, watercress, tomato, classic burger sauce, soft toasted bun.
KATSU WAGYU SIRLOIN SANDO. Mustard & pickles – premium Black Origin sirloin beef marbling grade 5-8 panko crumbed and served between 2 slices of white bread with bull dog sauce.
Plus they have a kick-ass cocktail list and other best views win the city. With Happy Hour on the rooftop daily from 3-6pm.
