It's tea-time at Esther! But these are not your nana's scones. Inspired by retro tea-taking traditions with a Sean Connolly twist, expect tempting treats flavoured with the Mediterranean in mind.

Don’t expect finger sandwiches and scones with cream, this is an afternoon tea served the Sean Connolly way. Think retro tea-taking traditions featuring a collection of culinary curiosities, with nostalgic nods to their namesake, Esther’s own Mediterranean kitchen.

The black swan – an ode to their unpredictable nature, gracefully glides through the restaurant on our French-inspired dessert trolley, back for another rendezvous with sweets piled high. Take your pick from cakes disguised as florescent Santorini lemons, deep dishes of tiramisu, and divine Portuguese tarts.

Hendrick’s are bringing tea to the party this year… well teacups that is. Cucumber, rose, and a splash of mischief – served hot or cold depending on how you take your ‘tea’.

Pinkies at the ready! Juniper dreams and the sweetest sensations, picture yourself with luxuriously laid out delights by the sun soaked Medi shores at Esther’s High Tea.
