More details

With views of Waitemata Harbour, welcome to Advieh, where a tapestry of Middle Eastern flavours seamlessly weaves into New Zealand's rich landscapes, inviting you into a world of vibrant tastes and captivating aromas.

Inspired by the essence of Advieh (ادویه), a Persian spice blend that adds intricate layers of depth and flavour, each plate tells a story, igniting a sensory journey that's both delightful and daring. From traditional spices to innovative creations, every bite is an invitation to explore uncharted territories.

Advieh, situated at the InterContinental Hotel Auckland, is under the guidance of partner chef Gareth Stewart. With a distinguished, almost 30 years career spanning two continents and enriched by extensive travels, Gareth intricately weaves the vibrant tapestry of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine into his culinary creations. He infuses these rich and diverse flavours into dishes meticulously crafted from locally grown, ethically sourced ingredients.
