Sit back and relax as you enjoy your favourite drink and dish or join friends on the terrace by the fire pit for shared plates and bubbles. The choice is yours; the taste and setting are exclusive to Palmer. 

Palmer's food menu features gnocco fritto - savoury Italian doughnuts with Poaka Farms cured pork served with gentleman's relish & pecorino, chicken-liver parfait with fermented beetroot and wood-fired bread from the kitchen's open-fire barbecue, and wood-fired leeks with raisin, hazelnuts and smoked tofu cream. There's also a tasty selection of sweets, including a Mille Feuille of apples with diplomat cream and apple syrup. 

The cocktail menu is also just as impressive with delightful creations such as the Manuka Martini with Roots Malborough gin, dry vermouth and manuka liqueur, or the Kiwi Coffee with brown butter Thompson Manuka whisky, coffee liqueur, cold brew and gingernut cream.
