Every Sunday, Bivacco are hosting an epic winter buffet-style feast featuring a mouthwatering spread of well-loved winter dishes!Â
Enjoy prime beef roast with plenty of Yorkshire puddings, succulent crispy pork belly, and whole roasted fillets of Big Glory Bay salmon, all accompanied by traditional trimmings. For pasta lovers, Bivacco's whole parmesan wheel will be on display, serving handmade pipe rigate vodka all pomodoro with aged parmesan. Additionally, enjoy a new baked lobster mac and cheese featuring lobster meat, Gruyere cheese, and macaroni. The seafood station will be loaded with poached prawns, smoked salmon, seared tuna, and pickled mussels, alongside antipasti.
And what's a feast without a dessert station - think winter trifle, basque cheesecake, tiramisu, chocolate chip cookies, cannoli cream buns and more.Â
