Located on the waterfront of Viaduct Harbour, Oyster & Chop has reopened following a major refurbishment, unveiling a refreshed new look and seasonal menu.
Inspired by the relaxed elegance of the Hamptons, the redesigned space brings a lighter, contemporary feel to the waterfront setting, with natural textures, crisp tones and subtle coastal details throughout. The transformation complements the restaurant’s established character while creating an inviting backdrop for dining by the harbour.
