DineAid launches 2025 Christmas Drive to support Kiwis who might otherwise go without

The hospitality community is once again coming together to make a meaningful difference this Christmas, as restaurants across the country join the 2025 DineAid Christmas campaign to raise vital funds for City Missions in the lead-up to the holidays.

Now in its thirteenth year and running through to 31 December, DineAid connects those who enjoy dining out with Kiwis who might otherwise go without. Participating restaurants invite diners to contribute by adding a $3 donation to their bill or by choosing a DineAid menu dish, with all proceeds going directly to the City Mission in their local region.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Precinct Properties, 100% of every donation goes straight to City Mission food banks in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, helping distribute food to more than 135 locations across Aotearoa.

A small act at the table can make a big impact this Christmas.
