Origine (pronounced Ori-gene) is a modern French restaurant with a relaxed New Zealand atmosphere, intersecting classical French cuisine and a modern local approach to cooking. The new restaurant is the brainchild of acclaimed chef and restauranteur Ben Bayly, his wife Cara, Ahi's Chris Martin, and his French-born wife, Lucile Fortuna.
