This Restaurant Month try Culprit.’s unique combination of new American cuisine and yum cha style service. Their unmissable offering includes a selection of small bites such as fish Kokoda, smoked fish pancake and chicken liver parfait, a main to share, a choice of sides, and a refreshing gin and juice slushy with boysenberry to round up the feast.

The sophisticated gastronomic spot’s interior was inspired by orange groves. Soak up the elegant and warm atmosphere while savouring the dishes from their special August menu. Start with plancha squid with garlic nero, togarashi and burnt lime, followed by wild pork bolognaise with gnocchi, thyme and parmesan. A glass of perfectly matched wine will complement the experience.

This Restaurant Month, try Ima's signature Israeli inspired Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Start your feast with with a traditional mezze plate with dips, falafel, olives and cauliflower tahini. Then, share chicken mesachan, Lebanese lamb shoulder and sabich. Complete thre feast with a Middle Eastern dessert plate with delectable delights such as Mhalbi, baby basbousa and filo pastry cigar with rose Turkish delight.

If you haven’t tried this gem of an eatery before, their Restaurant Month menu is a perfect excuse to do it. Start with one of their signature baos, and then choose from chargrilled ginger and hoisin pork ribs, braised sweet and soy beef short ribs or two-way chicken for your main. A complimentary Hite Korean beer will be a great accompaniment to this Asian fusion feast.

Bringing the charm of Parisian bistros to the heart of the city, Touquet is the home of much-loved French classics. White + Wong’s, a beautiful Asian fusion eatery at the Viaduct, has created an unmissable August menu packed with exciting options. Tease your taste buds with prawn crackers and chilli salt, followed by Fijian style kingfish sashimi or Buddha’s delight of silky tofu, shiitake, chili and bean sprouts from their Raw section.
