Depot | Federal Street

Delicious seafood on a summer's day - it doesn't get much better! If it's oysters you love, you'll want to head to Depot, who have announced they've perfected theirs in the form of their exclusive 'Qyster'. Nurtured in pods which protect the oyster from predators and provide the perfect environment to grow quickly, look for the Q quality mark growing into the shell and enjoy what they're calling the most plump, delicious and consistent oysters you'll ever try. 

Hello Beasty | Viaduct Harbour 

A dining hotspot in the heart of the Viaduct, don't miss Hello Beasty's summer menu full of flavour. We can't stop drooling over their barbequed corn ribs from their hibachi grill with Korean chilli butter, parmesan, togarashi and fresh lime; and their crispy South Island scampi snack with yuzu kosho, coriander chimichurri and fresh lime. 

Williams Eatery | Wynyard Quarter

It's a new year, and new menu for Williams Eatery in Wynyard Quarter. But their exceptional service won't be changing - experience it for yourself as you feast on new dishes like heirloom tomato gnocchi with butter bean, kawakawa salsa verde and ricotta. 

Ebisu | Britomart 

With a prime waterfront location and an innovative Japanese menu, Ebisu is a must-visit this summer with exciting new menu additions created by Executive Chef Darren Johnson. Highlights include new style sashimi and tataki dishes, Johnson's take on Ebi Shinjo, a Panko crumbed dumpling and reinvented sushi options that pair perfectly with the new cocktail list. 

Mexico | Britomart

Mexico has revealed its summer menu full of fresh, light flavours perfect for these summer months. Check out dishes like the Barbacoa Pulled Pork with citrus cured red onion, slaw, fresh chilli and coriander or the turmeric battered prawns with chipotle mayo, red slaw, pineapple, chilli salad and onion rings. But be sure to leave room for their newest dessert - chimichanga smores featuring marshmallow, mars bar, vanilla icecream and dulce de leche.
