Korean street food has a rich 600-year history, evolving from simple market bites during the Joseon Dynasty into a vibrant, modern food culture. K-Taste Evolution takes you on a journey through this story - from traditional 1400s markets and post-war comfort foods in the 1950s to the lively pojangmacha street stalls of the 1980s and today’s global K-cuisine scene.
The experience features a four-course dinner, with each dish thoughtfully paired with soju, rice wine (makgeolli), and a contemporary Korean-inspired cocktail.
