Trivet celebrate people, culture and heritage. Each dish tells a story blending flavours and techniques from around the world.

Using sustainably sourced seafood, locally grown ingredients and house-made delicacies, Chef Wallace and the Trivet team create a culinary experience balancing both tradition and innovation.

Their new space honors the heritage and vibrancy of New Zealand's dining scene, while connecting people to familiar tastes and flavours.
