A Taste of Asian Cuisine is a series of cooking demonstrations diving into cuisines from various Asian countries. With step-by-step cooking demonstrations, you will be taken on a journey throughout Asia and the home countries.
You will have the opportunity to learn the story behind the dish, taste the food and take home the recipe.
This demonstration will show you how to make Vietnamese summer spring rolls, a refreshing change from the usual fried variety and have become a family favourite. You will have the chance to make your own springs roll and make new friends.
This is a free event organised by Central City Libraries (CCL) and Ellen Melville Centre (EMC). Registration is essential.
