On Sunday 15 June, we’re marking the return of our much-loved Venison Wellington with a seasonal four-course long lunch, thoughtfully paired with wines from Huntress.
Joining Onlsow for the afternoon is winemaker Jannine Rickards, founder of Huntress Wines and the perfect partner to launch their winter menu. Jannine’s approach to winemaking is deeply personal and grounded in a sense of place, shaped by seasons spent hunting, foraging and cooking, and years honing her craft under the mentorship of Helen Masters at Ata Rangi, one of New Zealand’s most celebrated wineries.
