Bivacco Big Sam Young | 25 SEP
For one night only, experience a culinary journey like no other with guest celebrity chef Big Sam Young from Australia at Bivacco! This exclusive wine and food dinner features a four course set menu with optional matched wines, includes snacks of wagyu tartare and scallop crudo, a signature lobster pasta using local New Zealand crayfish, Atlantic roasted toothfish and the classic S'more coffee and tea creme caramel for dessert, all for $165 per person. Known for his big flavours and personality, Sam transforms favourites into extraordinary dining experiences using New Zealand’s finest produce.
MoVida Frank & Casey Collab | September 19th
MoVida brings together Frank Camorra of MoVida and Casey McDonald of Craggy Range for a truly spectacular dining experience, only for Savor Food Festival. Enjoy a 4-course dinner with MoVida classics alongside new dishes from Frank’s recent trip to Spain, all perfectly paired with Craggy Range wines and a selection of dishes from Casey’s kitchen Hawkes Bay.
