Savor Food Festival is back for Spring 2024 and with it comes a huge range of incredible once-off menus, not-to-be-missed foodie events and guest chef dinners – a true must for Auckland’s food connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike! Running from August 12th to October 10^th, get a taste below of some of the collaborations, deals and menus popping up for one of the hottest foodie festivals of the year.

Bivacco Big Sam Young | 25 SEP

For one night only, experience a culinary journey like no other with guest celebrity chef Big Sam Young from Australia at Bivacco! This exclusive wine and food dinner features a four course set menu with optional matched wines, includes snacks of wagyu tartare and scallop crudo, a signature lobster pasta using local New Zealand crayfish, Atlantic roasted toothfish and the classic S'more coffee and tea creme caramel for dessert, all for $165 per person. Known for his big flavours and personality, Sam transforms favourites into extraordinary dining experiences using New Zealand’s finest produce.

MoVida Frank & Casey Collab | September 19th

MoVida brings together Frank Camorra of MoVida and Casey McDonald of Craggy Range for a truly spectacular dining experience, only for Savor Food Festival. Enjoy a 4-course dinner with MoVida classics alongside new dishes from Frank’s recent trip to Spain, all perfectly paired with Craggy Range wines and a selection of dishes from Casey’s kitchen Hawkes Bay. This is the clash and collaboration that we’ve all been waiting for, so be sure to secure your tickets for this beautifully curated event!

Bar Non Solo Bangers & Classics | 12pm - 3pm, Tuesday - Saturday

Simple and sumptuous, Bar Non Solo’s Bangers and Classics highlights a different classic Italian pasta dish each week over the 8 weeks of the festival. For only $20, experience handmade Italian perfection right in the heart of the Britomart, drawing inspiration from classics and surprising foodies with a few modern twists.

Bivacco Diamond Ladies Lunch | Monday to Saturday 12 AUG - 10 OCT 11am-3pm

The from Thursday 3 & 10 OCT DJ Aunty El hits up Bivacco for a celebration of Harry’s Bar featuring icy cold Bellini’s, Signature Italian cocktails for $15, and roving mini Carpaccio! MoVida Paella & Pinchos | Saturdays from 7 – 28 SEP

Inspired by the vibrant bar scene experience of San Sebastián MoVida have created an indulgent space to enjoy their take on unlimited Pinchos every Saturday, accompanied by delicious Spanish wines and cold ciders and beers. Dishes included are classics like fresh baked bread with marinated olives selection of olivada and chicken pate, classic gilda, boccadillo de pescado, empanada de cerdo and Goats cheese with caramelized onion and many more.
