Do not miss this indoor projection at the Basement Theatre by artist Tanu Gago. The film reflects Tanu’s hybrid identity as a gay Samoan artist immigrant, schooled in the Pacific and raised in South Auckland. It looks at home as a precarious notion - an ambiguous term that often masks underlying issues of racism, homophobia and social displacement.
