Step back in time at Caretaker, a gorgeous cocktail bar, modelled off the classic cocktail lounges of New York, where their philosophy centres around designing drinks around your favourite flavours. After chatting with you about your preferences or what you’re in the mood for, they’ll whip you up a custom cocktail.
Every element of the beverages they create has been carefully considered, from the hand carved ice made from filtered water, to the seasonal produce, and the fresh juices pressed behind the bar. The set menu changes weekly, and features some unique original recipes including a beer cocktail from 1864, intriguingly named ‘Blow My Skull’.
The moody bar is fitted out with cosy tables, leather seats, smoky mirrors and dark woods, creating an intimate setting to indulge in a drink or two.
Caretaker is open 7 days a week from 5pm until 3am.
