With accessible music, dance, visual arts and circus workshops, a sensory journey and a special screening room that’ll show a selection of our youth films. Come for a magical day of learning for free. Bring yourself, bring your school or kura and be prepared for a day of fun-filled performing arts.
On Saturday, celebrate the unique and diverse talents of young people from Glass Ceiling Arts Collective’s youth programmes. The day will be set off with performances from youth theatre groups, so be prepared to be wowed by the incredible talents of our performers, who always steal the show! This will be followed by the much-anticipated screening of youth films for 2024. Devised and created by youth participants, this year’s films are set to give you the warm fuzzies as rangatahi get to tell their stories their way. Topped off by a glitzy red carpet event that is nothing short of Oscar-worthy, where the youth crew get to dance the night away to a DJ, this will definitely be a night to remember!
