This Restaurant Month, Chef Roy Giam presents a culinary journey where he'll blend authentic Malaysian fare with innovative new cooking techniques.
Grab a seat at the Chef's bar or surrounding tables and get immersed in the preparation and presentation of the vibrant flavours of Malaysia. You'll see Roy in action as he utilises innovative techniques alongside his favourite wood-fired cooking, retaining the purest flavours of each ingredient.
This special one-off dinner will consist of four courses, matching wines & cocktails, and commentary throughout the night from Chef Giam himself.
