From Monday 21st November, Britomart is working with the team at Joyful Collective for a two-week mini-mindfulness series of free meditation sessions.
Grounded in science and sprinkled with joy, these 20-minute sessions will help you cultivate calm and find better balance in everyday life. Danica and Nick at Joyful Collective teach "mindfulness for everyday people" – so whether you're on your way to the office, strolling through the square or searching for a coffee, drop in for a mindful moment. No prior experience is necessary.
The sessions will be held on the lawn in Takutai Square (or in the Atrium on Takutai if the weather's bad) on:
- Monday 21st November
- Tuesday 22nd November
- Monday 28th November
- Tuesday 29th November
Morning sessions are from 8-8.20am, and afternoons from 12-12.20pm.
They're free, so just roll up, breathe deeply, and feel the calm.
