Depot – Jack’s Lamb Roast
Created by Head Chef Jack Stott
A no-frills homage to the Sunday roast. Slow-cooked lamb neck, creamed cavolo nero, celeriac purée, mint jelly, red wine jus and Yorkshire pudding to mop it all up. Good, hearty food cooked with a whole lot of heart.
MASU – Charcoal Grilled Octopus

A rich and smoky expression of comfort, featuring octopus glazed in house-made teriyaki, on a bed of creamy miso dashi potato mash, finished with kim-chimishuri.
Metita – Salted Kingfish
