Dos Donkeys is built on a story about two very different donkeys. Matías Santiago, a local, lived for rhythm, colour and celebration - a donkey who moved through life with infectious energy. Nicolás González, who arrived from afar, embodied discipline, strength and steady hard work.
One donkey led with energy, the other with effort. They travelled separate paths until the day they chose to pull together. In that moment, they proved that vibrancy and discipline aren’t opposites - they’re powerful partners.
And so, Dos Donkeys was born.
A place where food is done properly and drinks are poured with passion, where dinner turns into late night and grit meets good times. Because the best things happen when different strengths come together.
