In celebration of NZ Music Month, this events performance lineup has been thoughtfully curated by Creative Pwele who are all about supporting local artists. The lineup will feature artists of African descent who are bringing a fresh sound to Aotearoa's music landscape, including Tusekah, CALLMEAK, Asha and more!

Home to art, ritual and adornment, House of Afi will lead free creative activities designed to foster cultural exchange and self-expression.

Afrokin Youth Fest is part of Africa Month, an arts and culture programme that celebrates the diverse African diaspora communities in Aotearoa in May. To stay up to date with the Africa Month programme for 2025, follow Vocal Roots on all social media platforms.
