Our pick this week is this beautiful cheese cake with berry coulis recipe prepared by their Cookery Advanced student Timmika. Calling all the ballet lovers out three. Make sure to watch Royal New Zealand Ballet -commissioned production of The Firebird from your laptops, tablets or smart TVs this week. This is ballet like you’ve never seen it before, a full cinematic experience with live stage footage augmented by specially shot close-ups and enhanced visual effects.
