The city centre is spoiled for choice when it comes to delicious pan-Asian food and drink – with bao, boba, dumplings, noodles and more, the city’s got it all. Lunar New Year is the perfect time to celebrate with friends and family in the city with a delicious meal or two, and we have included some recommendations below to get you started. From 20 January – 9 February 2025 we are encouraging Aucklanders to visit participating pan-Asian restaurants and eateries in the city centre – trying new dishes and voting for your favourite!

By voting you can go in the draw to win one of ten $100 voucher prizes. What’s more, the business with the most votes will win a $2,000 prize.
