Fu 福 Art Exhibition

Daily 20 Jan - 13 Feb | SkyCity Level 2, Outside Andy's Burgers & Bar

During the Lunar New Year, displaying Fu “福” is a widespread Chinese tradition. The FU character on paper can be seen on the entrances of many Chinese homes worldwide. It translates into a wish for prosperity, fortune and a happy family life for the following year.

As times have changed, expressions of "福" have become increasingly diverse. This exhibition brings together six artists from various backgrounds, Xi Li, Crystal Xie, Jenny Zhong, Alvin Xiong, Li Si Rong, and Rika Nagahata. Each artist offers a fresh interpretation of the traditional "福" character through their unique perspectives. Using different materials, styles, and visual languages, these artists convey the deeper emotions behind the symbol of "福."

Plus... Next to the Fu artwork at the exhibition, you can find complimentary Fu prints created by the artists for you to take home and fill your space with happiness!
