Bao Baby Bao is a collaboration of American chef Robert Aylwin and Chinese chef Yolanda Chen, a form of fusion that is traditional but bold and comforting.
The flavour combinations are mouthwatering and unique. Try traditional bao buns with buttermilk fried chicken or creole fried soft shell crab, snack on the flavoursome pork & prawn dumplings or sink your teeth into the aromatic spicy mongolian beef.
Yolanda represents the tradition and Rob brought the bold ideas and together they created the Yin and Yang that is Bao Baby Bao.
