This Authentic Japanese eatery serving up Hokkaido ramen noodles is a welcome addition to Auckland's central city restaurant and takeaway offering.
Located on Durham Street East down a flight of stairs and with plenty of table seating this small but perfectly set up spot is well located to head there for lunch breaks or a pretheatre meal.
Ramen do is the Japanese technique for creating a soup base. Slow cooked and with stock added, the flavours of the ingredients are emphasised. Miso, fish and shellfish are added.
Both Ramen Do restaurants have fresh noodles made everyday.
