Phin is dedicated to the classics, serving traditional  bánh mì packed with all the trimmings, including Vietnamese cold cuts, char siu pork, pâté, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, coriander, and more. If you prefer, you can also swap the fresh bread roll for sticky rice

Just as impressive is their extensive drinks list which goes well beyond the classics - think coconut blended iced coffees, traditional egg coffees, yoghurt blend drinks, brown sugar milk boba and more.
