Choose from a selection of classic drinks before delving into their fascinating history and the techniques needed to master the perfect cocktail. Then, jump behind the bar to create your own cocktail creation and even compete with friends.
Indulge in one of Bellini’s irresistible twisted high teas. Choose a refined, mixologist’s or bubbly option and enjoy a high tea with surprising combinations, but still with high tea classics like scones with cream and homemade jam and a selection of organic Zealong teas.
Mixology Masterclass
Dare to dabble in the art of mixology. Join Bellini at 'the distillery' for a cocktail/mocktail masterclass where you will learn how to shake, stir and strain 3 signature cocktails with Bellini's expert mixologist.
What's included:
Bellini's most requested drinks are now yours to make and master at home. During the mixology masterclass, you'll be taken through three styles of cocktails, including non-alcoholic options, that you will make as a group, enjoyed with a selection of snacks to harmonise the drinks.
- Built: aperol spritz, paired with serano ham and foccacia
- Stirred: gimlet, paired with a duck ēclair
- Espresso martini, paired with a caramel crēme pot
