Visit A Tribute to Domestic Warrior exhibition which returns to the city for Art Week 2024 in the Queens Arcade, 34-40 Queen Street. This emotional exhibition references war medals but has a far wider context. In commemoration of Anzac Day and Mother's Day - a work by many and for all.
A tribute and expression of love to the artist's late mother and father and to all domestic warriors who gave their all in the service of their families, this moving piece of work has paired hundreds of vintage doilies to retro ties to create 'medals' or 'decorations of honor'.
