Stoneleigh will be bringing a cellar door experience to the Viaduct Harbour amongst all the action of the Leg 6 stopover of the Volvo Ocean Race 2018 in Auckland.
Stoneleigh will have an exclusive concept bar on Te Wero Island throughout the stopover named the ‘Stoneleigh Courtyard’. The Stoneleigh Courtyard will provide a premium wine experience showcasing the Stoneleigh sub-ranges; Wild Valley, Latitude and Rapaura Series as tastings, by the glass or by the bottle.
Alongside the wide range of wines will be a full Stoneleigh Courtyard Menu offering small and large plates and a range of antipasto platters all designed to share and specially curated to highlight the distinct flavours in each wine. From fresh, sustainably caught seafood to locally sourced fresh produce and artisan baked breads, cheeses and cured meats, the Courtyard Menu will enable guests to experience true wine and food matchings with an easy to follow menu. There will be a daily ‘Taste Adventure’ special comprising of a specially created dish using that day’s freshest ingredients alongside a wine match chosen by Stoneleigh Winemaker, Jamie Marfell.
The Courtyard is in prime position in front of the main stage where there'll be live entertainment all day and into the night.
