Whether you’re a long-time lover of the Hosier Lane darling, or looking for flavours reminiscent of the Spanish summer, gather a group for a five course sharing style Spanish feast as Chef Frank Camorra packs an explosion of flavour from MoVida’s signature hits this Restaurant Month. 

You'll get a taste of popular dishes that have remaind a stalwart on the menu, as well as a return of dishes from the early days of MoVida. From the savoury notes of Ortiz Cantabrian Anchovy, to sharing mains from the wood-fired ovens and the iconic Flan, a Spanish dessert with crème caramel, this is set to be an unforgettable evening of culinary delights.

About Frank Camorra and MoVida: 

When MoVida opened its doors on Hosier Lane in 2003, it was regarded as the bold and bright spark that ignited the tapas scene in Australia, winning multiple awards and reconigition as it set the stage for the shared plates dining movement that has become synonymous with the modus operandi of dining rooms in modern times. 

Frank Camorra - a Spanish-Australian spent his first five years in Córdoba in Andalusia, the hometown of his parents, before the family migrated to Australia where he grew up in Geelong and cut his teeth with renowned Italian chef Guy Grossi, honing his skills and culinary techniques. Being Spanish-born and driven by his desire to understand and represent Spanish cuisine, Frank set out to travel and work across the kitchens of Spain, further developing his craft and brilliantly weaving in flavours of paprika, anchovy and Spanish cured meats in his MoVida menus.
