Culley’s Smoke & Spice Festival is back and bigger than ever, proudly supported by Mitre 10 and Jack Daniels. Three sessions spread over two days filled with award-winning fire-cooked food from the best in the business, must-have BBQ equipment and accessories, freebies, demos and so much more, all going down at Auckland’s Shed 10 on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September.  
NZ's best live fire-chefs, artisans, & distillers will be there! Expect demonstrations from Mitre 10’s top BBQ brands including Weber, Komodo Joe, Masterbuilt, Charmate, Traeger, Espetosul and Oklahoma Joe, plus BBQ Champions, Team BBQ War NZ with their BBQ Tank.  
Add the Jack Daniels Whiskey Masterclass to your ticket – settle in to sample five of their premium whiskeys, learn about what it takes to make Jack’s Whiskey – we bet you didn’t know it starts with crafting their own charcoal for mellowing! 

The real hero of the festival is fire, the essential ingredient that makes this whole thing possible – ignite your bite with incredible fire-cooked food from Morepork BBQ, The Big Smoke BBQ Co, The Vegan Society and The Dog Father to name just a few.  Visit the Jack Daniels Bloody Mary Station for a BBQ inspired Bloody Mary to kickstart the session. Visit the bars for a great selection of The Hunting Lodge wine or EPIC craft beer!

NZ’s best BBQ-ers will be put to the test on Saturday 3rd with the very first official NZBA Competition taking place just outside Shed 10 where they will be judged on Chicken, Ribs and a bonus Bloody Mary category!
Back inside there is sampling and shopping with a whopping 15 different artisan vendors – from top BBQ accessories and gadgets, award-winning artisan meats, to sensational condiments, sauces, seasonings.
