Held over Father's Day weekend on Auckland's waterfront this is the ultimate day out for Dad & the whole family. Kids under 10 go free - they don't need a ticket.

Masterclasses this year:

Noel - Low & Slow (4 hours) $175Noel's bringing his expertise to not one but two classes this year, learn everything you need to know about low & slow. Be prepared to eat everything you cook on the day with lots of mouth-watering tastings throughout the class. This class covers brisket, lamb, chicken & ribs.

Berkie - Charcoal Basics (3 hours) $139: This year Robert 'Berkie' Berkowski is back for another class! This year he's taking us through your everyday hot and fast charcoal techniques. This is a three hour class packed with tips & tricks, as always you'll eat everything you cook on the day.

Noel - The Perfect Steak (90 mins) $99: You asked, we listened! We're thrilled to announce Noel is running a second masterclass this year! Get ready for double the excitement! Noel is dedicating an entire class to cooking the perfect steak. This 90-minute session is a jam-packed with expert tips and techniques that will elevate your steak game to the next level.

James - Butchery & Knife Skills (3 hours) $175: James 'The Tattooed Butcher' Smith is back for a butchery class this year! James is taking a 3 hour session covering everything you need to know about low and slow cuts! Trimming and slicing steaks, the full brisket, chicken and lamb butterflying as well as lots of knife techniques along the way.
