Giovanni Pilu, of Sydney’s iconic two hat restaurant Pilu at freshwater is coming to Auckland for the first time for an Italian feast hosted by Sean Connolly at Gusto at the Grand.
The five-course menu will reflect Giovanni’s cuisine; innovative, refined, yet maintaining the strict traditions of the cuisine of his homeland in Sardinia.
Since opening the doors of his restaurant in 2004, Giovanni’s Pilu at Freshwater has consistently been bestowed two Chefs Hats by The Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide.
