The Burnt Butter Table blogger and pasta-obsessed cook Emile Pullar will join forces with Chef Sean Connolly in Esther’s kitchen. Together, they will host a hand-rolled, high-glamour pasta party for one deliciously decadent night.
Since starting as a humble home experiment, The Burnt Butter Table has amassed a cult following of devoted home cooks, all chasing silky strands and pillowy parcels. For Pasta Emile will give Auckland a taste of her favourite flavour combinations and saucy secrets.
The evening will blend a masterclass, dinner party and pasta pilgrimage, featuring a three-course menu, crafted by Emile and Sean. You'll make your way through Emile's signature dishes and Esther classics, and a glass of vino paired with each course. A roaming cocktail cart will deliver you a taste of Emilie’s favourite tipple, plus there will be a chance to interact with Emilie and Sean and learn tips of the tagliatelle trade.
