Impress your family and friends by learning how to make your own fresh handmade Italian pasta with Bar Albert's Executive Chef, Daniel Muller.

Join an intimate group for a 3-hour hands-on masterclass on the 38th floor, next to the Rooftop Bar, with breathtaking views of the Auckland Harbour.

You’ll also take home your very own pasta machine to practice your newfound skills. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and an Antipasto platter to snack on throughout the class.
