Every adult guest will get a bespoke beer taster from DB breweries along with a whiskey taster from Jameson. For the avid connoisseurs, our whiskey and beer ambassadors will be here throughout the event to share intricate tasting tips.

Father's Day Menu:

• Artisan bread basket served with oils, dips & chutney

Start

• Crispy buffalo Wings, blue cheese & ranch dressing, roasted vegetables
• Mexican pasta salad, black bean & corn salsa
• Beetroot & feta garden salad, seeds, lemon dressing

Main

• Garlic & herb roasted beef rump, baby potatoes, jus
• Slow cooked lamb shoulder, glazed carrots
• BBQ pork ribs, roast corn, spring onion
• Potato gnocchi, spinach, feta & cream

Dessert

• Whiskey chocolate mousse
• Cheesecake, saffron, pineapple salsa
• Vanilla panna cotta, citrus compote
