Chinese Valentine's Day, also known as "the Night of Sevens", falls on 17 August in 2018 and Green Time restaurant has created a special event in celebration of this traditional occasion.
Legend has it that the seventh daughter of the Heavens, a weaver fairy, fell so deeply in love with a human boy, the cowherd, that they neglected their heavenly and worldly duties. They were thus forced to part - she is represented by the star "Vega" while he is "Altair" - separated by the Milky Way and only reunited once a year on the Night of the Sevens, when magpies would fly to heaven to form a bridge that allows the pair to be together. Celebrate the joys of spending time with loved ones, with dairy-free, vegan deliciousness from Green Time and a night of cultural fun to remember.

Tickets are $77 per person (minimum two people) for a 3-course meal and beverage along with a special souvenir and are available through the restaurant.
