Getting around

With so much to take in and experience on the night, and for some, a big shopping list to cross off, it's important to consider the most logical order to get it all done. The main precincts activated on the night are Britomart, with the majority of its great boutiques open late plus free Christmas gift wrapping and food trucks in Takutai Square; the High Street District, home to some of the city's best homeware, gift and streetwear stores, Queen Street, which is adorned with beautiful decorations some of the city's best flagship and department stores, and Victoria Park, with stores open until 9pm on the night as part of their Christmas market that takes place every Thursday evening in December.
