Spend an evening with chef Gideon Landman, former head chef of acclaimed The French Café, and owner Michael Dearth as they take you on a culinary journey that honours Michael’s Italian American culture and passion. For this very special evening, the team will put on innovative twists to classic Italian dishes and are even taking on iconic and legendary chef Massimo Bottura’s “crunchy lasagne”.
