The Queens Wharf Safety Hub will be operating:
Friday: 6pm to 10pm
Saturday:10am to 2pm; 6pm to 12pm (midnight)
Sunday:10am to 2pm
With Community Patrol New Zealand (CPNZ) volunteers on duty, the Hub is a place to head for support if you need it. From charging a phone, some guidance on getting home or help connecting with emergency services, the CPNZ team at the Safety Hub will be there to help.
CPNZ patrols in the area will also be coordinated from the Safety Hub.
A safe city centre is important for everyone. As well as through advocacy, Heart of the City works with Police, Auckland Council and others to support safety. Having CPNZ patrols operating in the city centre is a welcome addition to our existing safety network.
