A one-night-only dining collaboration between two celebrated chefs. Michael Meredith (Metita) and Wallace Mua (Trivet) have carried the Pacific with them across kitchens and cultures, building a shared language of bold flavour, seasonal produce, and technique that bridges tradition and the contemporary.
