Bonfire at Esther is set to cast an ethereal glow upon a divine evening of festivities this Restaurant Month.
Don your warmest attire and get set for a vibrant feast and roaring revelries. Your evening will include canapés and mulled wine to start, lavish entrée & mains with matched wines and dessert by the fire with boozy coffee & hot chocolates.
As the fire starts to burn, and the flames flicker upwards towards the starry night sky, Chef Sean Connolly will set the scene to another world.
Surround an open flame and enjoy stories of conquest and adventure alongside a smoke-infused four course sharing-style banquet dinner.
Partake in a feast of the finest ingredients, gathered from our abundant land and seas, prepared over the coals, on the bone and in the shell. Passion and care are unequivocal with back to basics cooking techniques, using only fire and the best local ingredients and paired with wines from bounteous Waiheke Island.
The spirit of the evening will be engulfed in a beacon of warmth as mulled wine is as freely overflowing as the fire-twirling performances and the campfire chorus of live entertainment echoes over the glowing embers of crackling fire pits.
