This June, Des Harris and his team at the Hilton Auckland are excited to host three Masters of Wine (MW) - New Zealand's first MW, Michael Brajkovch of Kumeu River, the newest MW, Sophie Parker-Thomson of Blank Canvas, along with Paul Tudor MW as the MC for the evening.
Your delectable evening begins with a welcome reception at Bellini Bar, with snacks by Chef Des Harris (Culinary Director at Hilton, ex-Clooney) and live entertainment as you enjoy a glass of sparkling wine. A four-course dinner awaits, with each course matched to an impressive selection of wines by Blank Canvas and Kumeu River.
