Bellini's most requested drinks are now yours to make and master at home. During the mixology masterclass, you'll be taken through three styles of cocktails, including non-alcoholic options, that you will make as a group, enjoyed with a selection of snacks to harmonise the drinks.
- Sbagliato, paired with an antipasto platter including artisan cold cuts, cheeses, marinated vegetables, dips, spreads, and focaccia
- Moscow Mule, paired with fried sushi rice and spicy tuna tartare
- Golden Dream, paired with a silken tofu fritter with banana and chai sugar
