Led by Executive Chef Gavin Doyle of SOUL Bar & Bistro, the food menu at Somm is just as tantalizing. Indulge in irresistible snacks, pizzas, and sharing plates, all expertly crafted to complement your wine of choice. Gavin's menu is regional and seasonal, featuring the finest ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Think market fish crudo, crab apple and goat cheese salad, duck liver toast, Wagyu rump with caviar, crispy fried chicken, and a range of outstanding pizzas - all perfect for pairing with your favourite glass of wine.
