Located in the heart of the city on level one of Grand Millennium Auckland, Estelle's a sultry wine and cocktail bar that will transport you to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean.

A sophisticated setting fashioned by acclaimed designer Paul Izzard, Estelle's envelops you in a warmth reminiscent of the glamour of a bygone age. The space features a carefully curated colour palette of rich mahogany, dramatic black, and sultry garnet red, creating an atmosphere that's both elegant and inviting.

Estelle’s brings an element of performance with chefs and bar staff preparing dishes to order in full view. Service is intentionally swift, with food arriving fast to maintain the energy and spontaneity of authentic Spanish dining.

Their signature cocktail program honours Spanish and Mediterranean concoctions with a contemporary twist. Highlights include the Estelle's Dirty NegroniHachi Flotar and Espresso Martini on tap. Estelle's also offers a thoughtfully crafted mocktail menu that rivals its alcoholic counterparts in complexity and flavour. Standout drinks include The Coconut Lychee MojitoCaramel Apple Pie and The Summer to Autumn - all classy options for those choosing not to drink alcohol.

Executive Chef James Kenny and Head Chef Aaron Hyett have designed seasonal, Spanish-influenced raciones to complement Estelle’s drinks menu and encourage sharing and conversation.

You can indulge in a premium selection of Iberian jamón including Caña de lomo, de bellota, and chorizo served with guindillas peppers. Other menu highlights include classic Gilda skewers featuring prawns with charred pineapple and jamón or Pan con tomate with sourdough and Ortiz anchovies, and Asparagus topped with jamón, manchego, watercress, and a Spanish-style fried egg.

To finish, savour traditional Spanish dessert and a selection of Spanish cheeses served with muscatel grapes and honeycomb - the perfect pairing for a final glass of wine.

$2.50 per hour to a max of $12.50 on weekends and a $12.50 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more
