Sofitel Auckland will be the venue for the inaugural Viaduct Harbour Beauty Brunch, hosted by gua sha master, Farihah Joubert. The intention of the event is to provide a luxurious yet accessible skincare masterclass that gives guests the tools and resources to cut through the confusing—and sometimes misleading—science behind beauty products and trends.
Guests will hear from three beauty experts:
- Sandy Chen, skincare expert and founder of Bare Beauty Studio, will share her latest insights on striking the balance between bespoke western and eastern beauty standards and routines. Along with tips to quality skincare and why a bespoke approach is the key to long lasting healthy glowing skin.
- Katey Mandy, founder of Aotearoa-based skincare brand RAAIE, will share her ‘full-spectrum’ approach to sun protection encompassing antioxidants, the pitfalls of sunscreen marketing and how to navigate ingredients.
- Farihah Joubert, facialist and gua sha master, will bring her incredible energy to an interactive gua sha guide, that will see guests participate by following along to a step-by-step tutorial. All products will be provided on the day.
Champagne Mumm, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages including barista coffee will be provided on the day. Guests will leave with a goodie bag including a RAAIE product valued at $149.
The Boulevard Room is fully wheelchair accessible. Guests are encouraged to get in touch with the team at Viaduct Harbour to discuss any further accessibility requirements.
