You’ll be welcomed by a glass of bubbles, before indulging in bumps of Caviar from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon—the season’s first batch, no less.

An extra selection of cocktails, Zenkuro Sake specials, wines, beers and spirits are available to be purchased through the night at your whim.

Mt Cook Alpine Salmon will proudly unveil their latest caviar infusion on the night for guests to taste. It’ll be the first time any members of the public get to try this new infusion—an infusion so special that it won't be hitting the public shelves until 2026.

The team from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon will be present onsite, ready to guide you through the caviar, provide expert insight—and raise a toast to the season’s most exquisite produce.
